The Writers Club

Misophist Magazine wants YOU! to come write with us... we are starting a small, community-led workshop for writers of all genres and are currently taking applications. We'll be meeting once monthly to generate, refine, and eventually compile a body of work to be published by Misophist Magazine in a handmade zine that will then be locally distributed. Participants of the workshop will have a hand in every step of the process, from writing to editing to the actual building and distribution of the finished project. Our hope with this zine is to platform more overtly political work, and to gather writing from many different minds that reflect our current lived reality and how that shared experience interacts with both personal and shared identities. We will be asking for a small fee to be paid at the time of joining, but no one will be turned away for lack of funds.
